Return Policy

All returns must be made within 10 days of delivery. Merchandise must be returned in unused, original condition with tags and original packaging.

Merchandise may be returned for exchange, credit, or refund (website purchases only).

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.

Submit a return request

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Storage: When not in use, store your leather bag in a cool, dry place, preferably in a breathable fabric dust cover or pillowcase to protect it from dust and scratches. Stuff your bag with tissue paper or soft cloth to help it maintain its shape. Avoid plastic bags as they can trap moisture.

Avoid Overloading: Do not overstuff your leather bag beyond its capacity, as it can cause the leather to stretch and lose its shape over time.

Handle with Care: Be gentle with your leather bag and avoid rough handling, as excessive force can cause scratches and damage.

Dealing with Stains: If your bag gets stained, address it immediately. Use a leather cleaner recommended for your bag’s type of leather and follow instructions carefully. Test the cleaner on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure it doesn’t cause discoloration.

Patina: Leather develops a natural patina over time with use. This is a unique characteristic of leather and enhances its appearance.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Avoid using alcohol, solvents, or ammonia-based products on your leather bag, as they will damage the surface.
